Hostel Santa Monaca - Florence

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is close to major attractions and within walking distance to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with clean showers and free towels provided.

The noise from the bars on the street outside can be quite loud, especially at night, which can disturb your sleep.

I found the location of this hotel to be really convenient for exploring the city. It's just a short walk away from famous landmarks like the palace and bridge, as well as the lively aperitivo district. For the price, it offered good value for money and was a great option for solo travelers like myself. The hotel was clean, had lockers in the room, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the shared facilities. The toilet and shower rooms were too common for my liking, and the fact that they were inaccessible for cleaning during a specific time was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa Monaca! The location was ideal, close to Santo Spirito and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The common areas and kitchen were well-equipped and perfect for meeting other travelers. We also enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the old monastery building. we would definitely recommend this hostel.
